Our wings are not tired.

Sox bought a special kettle that heats to the ideal tea temps but I don't know if that's what you're remembering, ita !

Thrive to spite them

If today is any indication of what summer is going to be like I need to get some kind of air conditioning. Weather.com is claiming its 68F out there but NO WAY. And tomorrow the high is supposed to be 80.

One reason I moved up north is to get away from heat damnit!

A dress should be tight enough to show you're a woman but loose enough to flee from zombies. — Ginger

Jilli --

Yep, you should take hard copies along for the reasons people have listed. Likely you won't need them, but it's always best to be able to whip one out at a moment's notice.

And sorry, but yes, you should update LinkedIn, especially since you're in the tech industry and techies are far more likely to click a link, or to do a net search on applicants.

Even though you have an interview, the decision-making process still has to happen, and it's likely that several people will still check your qualifications about before they make a final decision.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Ah, shit. I just had it pointed out to me that I have been working for several weeks with some faulty assumptions, and now I have to fix it all by Friday. I feel like an ass! And like I don't want to deal with any of it!

Also, don't ignore my email for a week and then make me feel like I'm the one leaving things until the last minute.

it's true, and we loves it. We used one in NZ, and then at javachik's - so easy. But I don't identify it as a teamaker. DH makes coffee using an aeropress and the kettle now - tastes better than a coffee machine.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

So on my lunch break I saw a girl (8-10?) with a t-shirt that said, "Play like a girl. Beat the boys."

If it makes you feel better, there's no formatting on LinkedIn, so all you really have to do is a lot of cutting and pasting! It's a little tedious, but you can do it fairly quickly.

Let me know if you have questions or anything, mmmk?

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

This is definitely, explicitly a teamaker, although it will also boil water. But tea is its raison d'etre. And, good god, is it ever bonus-only material. I can't believe people actually can buy stuff like this as a normal part of life.

I mean, I am that shallow. I want that life. I want that tea.

Now to shop around for better prices.
