Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

So, that fire was like three blocks from my house and I still don't have power. The good news is that the affected area has a lot of important things in it (hotels, commercial high-rises), so I feel pretty good about the odds of getting power back soon.

PiBaby is rapidly becoming a PiLittleMan

It's unbelievable. We're still debating when a baby stops being a baby and starts being a toddler (unlike in English, in which you can say that a baby becomes a toddler when he starts toddling, the corresponging word in Hebrew simply means "small", which he has already been for a year, as a baby, so it's no help), And he's already totally a person, with his own already-there character and personality. How does so much of a person finds room in such a still-small frame?

Kate! How far along are you? Are you sick already of people asking you how you're feeling? And if not, how are you feeling?

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Hi Nilly!

That's all I got, as I haven't had my morning tea yet....
