Now we're saving a vampire from vampires. I got two words for that -- Nuh and uh.

Why did Darth Vader cross the road? To get to the Dark Side!

Suzi, you sound uber prepared. Sending good vibes for any pre-surgery anxiety, as well as good outcome vibes for the surgery itself.

aww Ricky looks like a sweetheart and I know Dallas was a great companion for Trudy. They were lucky dogs to have hooked up with the people they did.

...

My great-grandfather was not involved in booze running, I'm pretty sure. He didn't drink at all. But he was quite the bookie about town. My uncle wrote a story about him and his world recently. [link]

We won’t stop until everyone is gay.

Lots of ~ma, Suzi! Heal well, and take it easy! Don't do too much too fast (I know, easier said...).

So sorry for the losses of Dallas and Ricky. It's so hard, so hard.

Sometimes I think I might just move up to Vermont, open a bookstore or a vegan restaurant. Adam Schlesinger, z''l

I have thought that many a time, including the story of his son who came to America and got married on the ship to a former barmaid from Amsterdam, who was fired because she was too friendly with the patrons of the taverns. They were sued many a time by the well-behaved citizens of New Amsterdam for being lewd and troublesome.

There was a story in the NY Times a few months ago, looking at some people from New Amsterdam, that mentioned a story that sounds like this.

Because books.

Yay for preparedness, Suzi! I was just thinking about your surgery this morning. Books and relaxation sounds perfect for when you get home.

I'm sorry about the pups. Yeah, it's hard.

So I took Loki out on the leash for the first time in a long while. Yup, he still loves it. Yup, still growls at me if I decide it is time to go in before he's ready.

Pumpkin sat crying piteously at the window the whole time, so I thought I'd give it a try with her. Yeah, not so much. One, she wants to play with the leash the whole time. Even if that weren't an issue, it magically renders her hind end useless and she attempts to roll out of it. So. She'll just have to cry piteously.

Nitsa, the next door dog who loves me, was really excited about the cats, I thought she was going to wag her hind end off.

Could be them, Anthony and Grietje were notorious.
