Much harder to fit under your jacket.
That's why you don't hand out keys for late night access. Except...they did.
But if they didn't walk off with Kinescopes we wouldn't have them today because some asshole bean-counter decided to wipe all the early seasons for monetary reason!

Technically speaking, they just didn't renew the lease where those seasons were stored. And the building fell into disrepair and sank into the swamp.
(Okay, there probably wasn't an actual swamp. But it's a better story that way. The truth is just kind of pathetic.)
My main point is, why are you posting instead of watching World On A Wire? WHY HAVE YOU NOT HEEDED MY ADVICE AND WATCHED THE CRAZY GERMAN 70s MATRIX?
Ok, think I straightened out the corporate card. Second one was a fuckup. I'll need to pull my credit reports in a couple months to make sure it isn't on there, damnit.
WHY HAVE YOU NOT HEEDED MY ADVICE AND WATCHED THE CRAZY GERMAN 70s MATRIX?
I'm watching the crazy German/British 70s science fiction Star Maidens!
Fair enough. You are temporarily excused.
I did SO MUCH stuff today, both house and work.
It's like I was possessed by shrift and msbelle and Sarameg, all at once.
You're invoking me??? OK, so I tend to go on a tear on Saturdays. Today was market, with coffee and cake at S's, then my shopping, then...a Lokinap....then cleaned upstairs, swam, cleaned downstairs. Fell down for a bit, but I've now sorted out all the credit card crap.
I'll probably get jackshit done tomorrow. I need to make calls and one of these days, get back to the bannister project.
Today I took my mother shopping (which is quite an exercise in logistics) and talked her into a very fun outfit, got two pairs of pants for myself, got a haircut and brow wax, hit the city-wide White Elephant Sale, went for drinks with my sister, and now I'm going to make a pie crust. And load my Kindle up with Community episodes to watch while I'm in Spain.
Wooot.
See, this is what I am saying!
I am now almost unpacked (have about 5 boxes left, and some of that is desk stuff, which has to wait until I have a desk), and I went to Costco, and the hardware store, and put together two stools, and did some work, and played with the cats, and other stuff.
Tomorrow, more shopping and cleaning and then dinner with Sparky and finally meeting her daughter.
It's a German sci-fi miniseries from 1973, and it is wonderful.
You neglected to mention it was by Fassbinder! That's a selling point.
