Had dinner with Maria tonight, which was awesome! I think we would talk ourselves hoarse if given the chance. My cats performed as only my cats can, which is to say: Loki horked right in front of Maria and did his 'vomit is SATAN' routine. Yeah, thanks cats. My evil little heart is cackling. I called KCD this evening to tell him about CJ's dentist appointment and request his help in paying for the fillings he needs (KCD can't offer any funding help right now, darn it). At one point in the discussion he called me "babe". I paused and he apologized. Then he had to get off the phone immediately. I have a feeling the new wife heard him and was giving him an earful. I know I shouldn't giggle, but I can't help it.
