Mine changed its name right after I graduated--boy, I got great deals on commemorative stuff that was on clearance--but I figured I'd put down the name that people would be able to find rather than the old name that might not show up in any directories.

Those breakfasts looked great, but I never saw ceviche offered for breakfast in Peru--it's traditionally a lunch thing. Because the fishing boats have just come in, I expect. Breakfasts there were eggs, really good local bread, fruit, and slices of ham. Oh, and either coffee or coca tea. Granted, these were hotel/hostel breakfasts; maybe they're different in homes.
