Glad to hear it, Suzi!
I just got the worst apartment ad from a broker -- the place doesn't look good, there are only two pictures, it's above my price range, and the description of the location is geographically impossible. I don't feel that bad that I keep forgetting to send her my phone number now.
Those fall pictures are glorious!
I'm a little peeved--it's prime leaf-peeping time, and we have a dismal forecast for the next week and a half. Want sun! Shush. I knew what I was getting when we moved here. Doesn't mean I can't complain once in a while when the weather doesn't cater to my whim.
Now I have the afternoon off and I feel just dandy.
Score! What are you going to do?
Please stand by for a demonstration of relevancy.
Yeah, The Bloggess pretty much rules. Time for a new tag, perhaps...
I didn't find the purse thing disturbing. It just looked vaguely Scottish.
Gronk. I'd meara, but I'm very tired after a weekend with Aged Relatives in the motherland.
ita !, thoughts for your mother.
Back in June, we hired a guy. It didn't work out, and we let him go at the end of July.
Today we found out he died a week and a half ago. He was 35. What the fuck.
Smonster, most likely a nap since I have been sleeping like crap. Dreading the dentist is bad for getting good sleep.
Whoa, P-C. Any idea how he died?
None at all. He was having health issues when he was here, and he revealed further health issues to me in confidence, so I was thinking it was health-related, but my co-worker is convinced he killed himself.
Yikes.
A former coworker of mine died from a terrible disease she got not long after being laid off, but long enough that she couldn't retroactively apply for the COBRA coverage she had declined. The whole thing was really sad.
