Xander: Look who's got a bad case of Dark Prince envy. Dracula: Leave us. Xander: No, we're not going to "Leabbb you." And where'd you get that accent, Sesame Street? "One, Two, Three - three victims! Maw ha ha!"

Spike's Bitches 47: Someone Dangerous Could Get In

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

I’m responsible for my own happiness? I can’t even be responsible for my own breakfast! (Bojack Horseman)

smonster, did you see the job posting that T tagged you in the other day? I didn't take a good look, but might be up your alley?

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

Clearly you are a LUSTFUL FORNICATOR not fit to teach CHRISTIAN CHILDREN.

I KNO!

But it's okay, because these weren't Christian children, they're the paying white children.

But yes, I appreciate the feedback, even on a funky webcam pic, because seriously, I don't know these things! If I learned them when I was a teenager, then I'd be good at it by now!

In lieu of transporter technology, we need a Buffista Emergency Transport Fund

Totally.

I am good at sitting in hospital waiting rooms. I am good at being a hospital advocate. I've never actually been admitted to a hospital myself, but I did a lot of advocating for my blind, deaf, non English-speaking grandmother.

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

Cat question: My BFF's 17-year-old cat, who's frail and has to be coaxed to eat, has started dragging his left hind foot. Does anyone know what might be the cause of this? She doesn't have pet insurance or any money for medical procedures, and she's afraid if she takes him to the vet, she'll end up having to put him down.

to clarify, she'll have him put down if it's the right thing to do, she's just overloaded with life crap and praying it will resolve on its own.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

she's afraid if she takes him to the vet, she'll end up having to put him down.

Does she trust the vet's judgment, though?

Does she trust the vet's judgment, though?

Probably. She's known him a long time.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Then, even if she doesn't want to deal, isn't that most important?

Yes. And I already said she would if necessary. The question wasn't, will she do what's right, but, does anyone have any ideas what might be wrong with the cat? She can't get to the vet until tomorrow afternoon at the earliest and she's worried.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Sorry. I interpreted you to mean she was hesitant to go to the vet. I know diddly about cat illnesses, but it does sound like the best next step for a frail anorexic elderly cat dragging a limb.

Well, she is hesitant, but mainly because she doesn't have any money. She'll do what's right. I guess I wasn't clear.
