Spike's Bitches 47: Someone Dangerous Could Get In

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

See? I gave everybody here an opportunity to tell me what a bad person I am and nobody did, because I fuckin' rule.

The other agent is in total shock for some reason.

Ah ha ha! It's a beautiful thing when somebody's stupid comes back to bite them in the ass so very fast; seeing them actually surprised by it is pure lagniappe.

eta:

My agent called her with us there. She was on speaker phone but didn't know we were listening.

I think I'm in love with your agent.

Excellent, sj! Crossing fingers on the deposit--wouldn't be surprised if they were as asstastic about that as about everything else.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

Askye, this house is much more relaistically priced for the market. There are definitely some improvements that need to be made, but we'll have more cash in hand to make them. It's also a better town and better school system were that ever to become an issue.

We won’t stop until everyone is gay.

Maria, bella, I know it feels like you won't get through it, but you will. And we are here with you all the way.

juliana, I'll make sure to get pics. Wish you were here! Buffistas have dibs on crashing chez smonster any time. Kate - you can definitely bring kids to Mardi Gras - lots of day parades and stuff.

My agent called her with us there. She was on speaker phone but didn't know we were listening.

That is fantastic. I'm so glad you don't have to deal with their toxicity anymore. Sounds like you may get to make this other house truly yours, and just not having that stress and badness going in is sure to be a help. May the other owners be as sane and kind as you and TCG.

I finally got to sleep around 4:30 am or so, for which I was thankful. However, I only woke up about 45 minutes ago, so my pre-parade to do list needs to be drastically shortened. Alas.

"And to be clear, I am the hell. And the high water."

Dang, it's worth it for that alone.

that's right. I love your agent, sj. Sounds like she was too through with those people.

Maria, I am thinking of you much today, and with a great deal of love.

He was. The other agent had shown him a great deal of disrespect.

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

So, any pix of the new place?
