sj, in regard to the house - it occurred to me - these people may be the kind who come back and harass you after the sale's done. I know it happens, rarely, but you might keep an eye on things and keep your instincts alert. I have heard of cases where a sale goes through and the previous owners come back expecting more - money, stuff from the house, etc.

Teppy, it is. My agent called her with us there. She was on speaker phone but didn't know we were listening. It was hard not to giggle. Now I am just hoping she doesn't play games about giving us back our deposit.
