Madonna put on a better show than the boss did. And I think she is younger. Not certain.
'Life of the Party'
Spike's Bitches 47: Someone Dangerous Could Get In
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.
Madonna put on a better show than the boss did. And I think she is younger. Not certain.
Yeah, she is. He was born 1949, she was born 1958.
And I think she is younger. Not certain.
She's the same age as Prince and, well, what Michael Jackson would have been.
They were all born within a few months of each other in the midwest during the summer of 1958. So she's 53 right now.
Bruce was born in '49, so he's 61. (He'll be 62 on Emmett's birthday, Sept. 23rd.)
Oh, what the heck. Since I've started rewatching a bunch of TV on Netflix, I have started to rewatch the Buffy. So young. All so young.
Right??
I'm catching up on Merlin, watching episode from current season "aithusa", and James Callis, who plays Gaius Balthar on BSG is in the show, knocking on the door to Gaius the court physician. It was quite strange hearing that voice, in essence, calling to himself.
(I don't think this needs white font, as it's aired a few weeks ago in USA and a month or two ago in UK)
x-posted with FB because it's late and I'm lazy and drugged up (to no avail):
I got a toothache out of the blue on Friday, which is the worst time *ever* to get a toothache, because I vacillated between thinking, "It'll get better; no need to call the dentist and beg them to fit me in on a Friday," and "Uh oh -- better call the dentist and beg them to fit me in since it's Friday and if it gets worse then I have to wait until Monday."
I didn't call. It got worse. Worse in the sense of OH GOD HOW CAN ANYTHING HURT SO MUCH. Seriously, I can't believe how much such a small area of my body can hurt. I was sobbing in the car today on the way to the Super Bowl party. I've been taking 800 mg of ibuprofen every 4-6 hours, and percocet (left over from when I jacked my back up last spring) every 6-8 hours. And NOTHING is helping. Which, if I'm going to be totally honest, scares me a little bit. Percocet generally at least dials down the pain, but it's not doing anything this time.
I'm obviously calling the dentist at 8 a.m. tomorrow morning. Don't care what needs to be done; I just need it dealt with ASAP.
Steph, try icing it. Seriously. I've stopped a flare up that way, before it got out of control (and I've had huge and many teeth problems).
Do you have any clove oil or Orajel, Steph?
Ginger, I don't have either one. I realized a little too late (i.e., at my mom's watching the Super Bowl) that Orajel would probably help.
I figure once I call tomorrow at 8:00, I'll be able to come up with a plan of attack based on when they can get me in. For now, I just took another dose of ibuprofen and percocet, and that should let me sleep.
