I am back from the dentist (two fillings replaced), and I apparently wasn't hiding my dentist anxiety as well as I thought I was because after the fillings he offered me a prescription for anti-anxiety meds for next time. Of course, I already have one, so I guess I should remember to take it next time.

I realized I've only eaten cookies today and only about 5 of those. And I'm trying to figure out what I should eat. I'm thinking just eating up some beans and cook some rice.
