Man, the fun with utilities never stops. I just called the Water Board to check on the investigation and they credited us about $170 for two months. That leaves us with a balance of $286 to pay, and I'm delinquent. Did I get a revised bill? Fuck no. From talking to other people, we probably only used $50 of water over those two months. I better get back ALL my security deposit from that douchenozzle. I'd like to ask for more but doubt I'd get anything.
