I need to go make it look like I accomplished something today. And I reallyreallyreally need to buy, sign, tuck a check in, address, stamp and, you know actually, really *mail* the birthday card that's been on my list for a week. But before I can do that, I have to find my other checkbook.

WTH, sj? That's so not on.

She is worried that it could be something other than a uti. She's being overcautious, and I don't think she knows me well enough yet to understand I know my body. But I'm really not interested in going in again and having to pay another co-pay. It's also another delay in starting antibiotics. I'll talk to my doctor about it tomorrow.

Epic, so sorry about Domino. Hope Daniel's leg gets better soon.

On the upside, Daniel tells me the doc said his leg is improving. It looks more icky, but I keep reminding myself it is just part of the process.

I'm remembering my stint in the hospital with septicemia in my leg. I very much resent that my enforced four-day vacation was wasted on drugged sleep and being barely able to focus on daytime TV.

As one who has been on both sides of the hospital bed rail, Andi, power to the spouse.
