Andi makes the best pies. I helped by cutting up the apples, and cooking the pumpkins. We had three kinds of apples in the apple pies: Honeycrisp, Regent and Keepsake, all mixed together. Extra cinnamon. Yum.
We also ended up tossing the pumpkins as they were yellow and tasteless inside. Technically the pumpkin pie is a Buttercup squash pie...
