Looking around on the 200 Squats website, I just have to say,
squat, squat, squat, the word no longer has any meaning...
Good luck finding the next therapist, sj. I'm sure breaking up with the last one is diffficult, but good for you for taking good care of yourself!
sj I'm sorry your therapist has not been good for you. I hope the next one really works out.
The squat thing is interesting but every time I try my knees go over my toes so I must be doing it wrong and I've looked at a few videos, but still knees over the toes. Maybe my knees are too fat.
scrappy, that's wonderful! Congratulations.
Also? Good news is good!
sj, that is good to hear that you have better options. If calling is too fraught, maybe you could send a letter or email to explain why you are leaving? Sounds like your therapist might benefit from knowing how their behaviour is affecting you in a very not positive way, but there's also no reason to upset yourself even more...your job is to find someone who can actually help you rather than making everything worse. The former therapist may be beyond self improvement.
Yay, Scrappy, congratulations!
Frank, how scary! I'm so glad you are safe, so sorry to hear about your landlord and about losing your home. Fingers crossed that you land in a good place.
And yay Scrappy! So glad you have found yourself a great job! I love the neighborhood where you will be working.
Yay, Scrappy! Good news is welcome!
Scrappy, congratulations! That's wonderful news!
