She's from SF and her name is Christine. I'm wondering if she knows JZ--she does Dickens Fair and Renn Faire stuff.
That reminds me -- I realized that my cousin might know JZ, for the same reasons. Her name is Ann and she's got red hair. Currently uses her husband's last name, which is a pretty common Spanish name, but she's been married a few times before, so you might have known her with a different last name. Her first name has always been Ann and her hair has always been red, though.
