She said I can take Azo for up to 2 weeks and see if that helps (she based that recommendation on the fact that, even though I didn't have a UTI, the Azo definitely helped with the discomfort and irritation).

The Asperger's diagnosis is going away in the US -- they're using autism spectrum disorder instead.

Yeah, not here. I raised that with my psychiatrist. It's going to stay here, where we apparently use WHO definitions, not DSM-V ones. There's general confusion from psychiatrists in Europe about why it would need replacing.

But yes, I'm aware that for the rest of my life, I'll have to 'translate' the diagnosis for USians!

And why do I feel as though many of us need scare-ducks? What would that even look like? And can I found a shop on Etsy to sell them?

I also hate everything and everyone today. Despite being exhausted from my batshit busy weekend, I couldn't sleep last night. Still PMSing, so my neck is massively out of whack and the brain weasels are whispering that the reason D wants to come over tonight is to break up with me.
