Happy Birthday, Bonny!
BTW, watched a part of the "Spies of Warsaw" - with David Tennent - looking adorable in 1930s outfits.
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Yay, Aims! Glad things are going your way.
Happy birthday, bonny!
Happy day, bonny!
By the way, I too need to kick the sugar habit. Even Tim is cutting back on his sugar (which is like unto rivers running backward and hell getting frosty). So if you have any tips for how to do it without wanting to kill someone, I'd greatly appreciate them.
Happy Birthday Bonny!
Steph, I don't have any tips, but I am with you. I had been pretty good about cutting back on sweet stuff until I was at my parents' for Easter. Now I want sugar all the time. At first I blamed it on PMS, but now I have no excuse.
Happy Birthday, bonny!

Yay, Empress!
Hivemind question: If one with land use experience wanted to look for a job at a law firm for non-lawyer type jobs (like research), where would be a good place to start looking for those jobs?
Happy birthday Bonny!
bonny,
happy birthday!
Steph,
I have all kinds of tips for cutting out the sugar, but I have to do so for medically necessary reasons. My first suggestion is for you to go to the Web site fatsecret.com (it sounds WAY sketchy, but it is the real deal). They have a really large database of foods (packaged and otherwise) and I put in what I eat, meals & snacks, and get an idea of how much I'm consuming in terms of carbs, protein, etc.
To my mind, if I have a target per meal and day of carbs (say) that I cannot go above, tracking it on fatsecret makes it easy enough to do and helps me monitor. Fatsecret also allows you to track exercise and weight and you can join online communities to work on goals - which I have not done yet.
