Corelle doesn't break easily, but it is hella fun to watch and listen to when it does. It just keeps splintering into tiny little shards... five minutes or so until it's all over.
Spike's Bitches 47: Someone Dangerous Could Get In
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.
Now you have a color scheme! Congratulations!
You could put a silver lei on the elephant and really punch it up.

Not gonna ask how you know this.
My daily use stuff is Crate and Barrel--the Aspen dinnerware [link]
I'm not opposed to color, but I'd rather use table linens and napkins to provide it. My glassware is also clear.
I've got a ton of printed mugs that take up two shelves in a cabinet. My favorite is my Wonder Woman mug that my sister gave me.
Tea: The closest thing I have to white dishes is the china we registered for when we got married. The reason we ended up with that one was because I loved the accent plate so much.
That is the same pattern we registered for too. I think I've got 8 or 9 place settings out of the 12 I wanted. I may finish everything off some day, but who knows?

You are evil and awesome in equal amounts. I cannot stop laughing at this.
I would totally be trying to print my own. I have trays and trays of lead type, if he needs some.
Hmmm, I know there's a university in the south that has a huge collection of vintage lead type. I wonder if they'd take some of it off your hands.
Our everyday stuff is a hodgepodge picked up from here and there. Including a few plates decorated with big yellow and brown roosters, which I bought for a dollar at a rummage sale in 1987. Or was it 50 cents?

These sound awesome. Seriously.
...sometimes I worry I might be a secret hipster.
I inherited my grandmother's white china with silver rims, and DH happened to have the same china. But the everyday china is a mishmash of his old white plates and my old black ones, and some blue ones. And we have All The Coffeecups, though I have culled the non-meaningful ones. Meaningful for the value of geek (RTFM mug), caffiene-begging (local coffeeshop, thick white diner mug with Wake The Fuck Up), owl mugs, and my dad gave me a mug for every degree with the college logo, and my name, degree and year etched into the sides.
Tep, you know that you must get a sapphire and silver mani-pedi now? And I am delighted the dress fits! igigi makes lovely clothes -- isn't it comfortable AND gorgeous? I can't wait to see you!
Speaking of weddings, I've been wedded 3 years today. WHAAA?! DH took most of the day off, woke me with tulips and coffee. GOOD MAN!
