And I wonder, what possible catastrophe came crashing down from heaven and brought this dashing stranger to tears?

Spike's Bitches 47: Someone Dangerous Could Get In

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

This is actually the adorable OKC pilot.

Go you! He seemed wonderful and if he's made it to a fourth date, clearly that's true. Sorry you have to pass on the sexytimes date tomorrow but snot really is more of an established relationship thing. Get better and reschedule!

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

A co-worker I'm friends with on Facebook asked me what "LGBT" meant. I knew she was kinda clueless, but that surprised me.

I was listening to a Nerdist podcast with Nathan Fillion from a couple years ago, and he asked what it was too.

"And to be clear, I am the hell. And the high water."

granted, I went to a barefoot, hacky sack, women's hairy armpits kind of college, but I knew LGBT no later than 1987.

Love is stronger than death and harder than sorrow. Those who practice it are fierce like the light of stars traveling eons to pierce the night.

I am certain I learned of the use of LGBT here.

I should specify that It was not in this particular conversation but in this general forum at some time in the not too distant past (you know, like 15 minutes after I stopped lurking).

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

Did you try Mucinex, Erin? That stuff can be miraculous.

I look more rad than Lutheranism

Does anyone have recommendations for a good moisturizer for sensitive skin? That has a shelf life longer than 3 months? (My moisturizer from Lush turned to cat pee smell, and I am annoyed.) My wrinkles thank you.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

Teppy, I like aveeno's line of moisturizers.

Neutrogena? Aveeno?

Why did Darth Vader cross the road? To get to the Dark Side!

Omg. She's very cute and nice but I'm not sure I can deal.

meara, need I remind you of the age difference between Cody and me? Between Scrappy and her most excellent man? You date the person, not their age.

but snot really is more of an established relationship thing.

That is hilarious Cass, and oh so true.

Steph, I have sensitive skin like whoa and usually end up splurging on a pricey moisturizer that ends up disappointing me. But lately I've just been using the oil free moisturizer from TJs as it is cheap, does what it says (moisturizes) and doesn't make my face turn bright red.
