Nice new place, Sumi!

Spike's Bitches 47: Someone Dangerous Could Get In
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.
My chocolate-covered strawberries got here...they are even more beautiful than the ad. This is an extravagant thing for me, but I had some extra, so what the hell? I wish I could send some through the tubes!
OMG erika! Teh yumz! My faves!
And now, back to your regularly scheduled English...
Cute, sumi! Yes, moving does indeed involve too much stuff. I'm so bad about this. Stuff in the closets, stuff in the garage, stuff in the office, stuff in storage.
They're amazing, ZK!
Sounds delicious, erika.
I'm baking a cherry coffee cake for Easter brunch. It smells amazing. The recipe was in a free kindle cookbook, which led to some interesting typos. I'm pretty sure I didn't actually need three cups of streusel for the topping, but what the heck--the streusel is often the best part anyway.
I have no idea why I thought that I could move the boxes myself and only ask for help with the furniture.
I just moved a (garden) cart load of boxes (i.e, 1 large full of fiber and one medium full of pots and pans), a folding chair and my portable spinning wheel (sidekick) and my back is already complaining.
Moving sucks. If I ever move again, I'm hiring full-service movers. Never again with the packing and the lifting. I moved 11 times in 16 years. I'm done.
The last two times I moved (before I moved to VT) I hired movers, partly because I was having to move in August in Florida and going to a place on the second floor and then one with two stories. Movers were totally worth it. I wish I could have done the full moving experience up here to VT with professionals but I probably would have brought more stuff than actually would fit in the apartment.
