Spike's Bitches 47: Someone Dangerous Could Get In

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

A dress should be tight enough to show you're a woman but loose enough to flee from zombies. — Ginger

I'm in KC, Anne!!

It's, uh...only 3 hours?!

The lost sheep grow teeth, forsake their lambs, and lie with the lions.

I'm in KC, Anne!!

Ooh. Yes. That's right. Visitage is certainly possible. I would also like to get up to Chicago again at some point not too far from now.

We won’t stop until everyone is gay.

No, Burrell, I do the same thing. Over and over again.

I would like to live closer to more of you, too.

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

If all y'all do that, say, between Thanksgiving and New Years, I could manage to be in Chicago, ijs...

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

The problem with deplaning is that I am now poking at the internets wanting them to amuse me and when I was stuck on the plane I was reading a really not very good book but I felt slightly productive because I was reading a published book and not, um, Tumblr. Also I forgot how to stop sentences. Apparently.

Burrell, I think you want the lipstick version of Sally Hansen Oriental Red. Totally works with our coloring and is what I'd describe as a bloody true red. And got me a lot of compliments this weekend with some glitter on top. Though that isn't strictly relevant.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I wouldn't even emphasise the idea that it is his loss. That makes it seem like something is broken, something is wrong. You want different things. You two are not the right match right now. That's all. You're both okay. Just differently motivated.

Sometimes two awesome people are not going in the same direction and neither wishes to change their course to suit the other. It's okay.

Yes. I do recognize this. Thank you for articulating it. He is a wonderful human, and the most decent person I've dated in a long time. The ending is amicable; maybe we'll be friends and maybe we won't. There's no regret and no anger on my part, just disappointment and sadness, and a bit of dating fatigue.

Oh, I was coming in to say that there was just a stream of people going by and now I am stalking their origin to see if that means the new plane is here and we can has it.

Breaking News - we're keeping the busted plane but stealing a part from the plane just just arrived. Apparently this plane needs inspection in Portland overnight. It means an additional ten or twenty minutes but I can't fault them for safety over a few minutes longer.

I am saving my cranky for my sister who texted at six a.m.

Starting to board. Whoot! Thanks for keeping me company.
