I don't know about you guys, but I've had it with super-strong little women who aren't me.

Spike's Bitches 47: Someone Dangerous Could Get In

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Maria it sounds like you are making the right move. I with people who think you should take a vacation before the move. Especially if you have unused vacation time left you might want to consider using it up before you give notice.

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

Maria, I am giddy with happiness for you! It's great to see you making strong strides toward a future you choose.

And P.-C., your brother and his wife look happy and I'm so glad things have worked out well for your family. Congrats to them!

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

Yay, Maria! That's great news. I hate seeing how miserable your current job makes you.

TB, I hope the meds help.

Strix, I'm glad your reunion went well.

I am not tipsy but wish I was.

Love is stronger than death and harder than sorrow. Those who practice it are fierce like the light of stars traveling eons to pierce the night.

I am glad you feel good about it! I hope the change of location has an appropriate healing effect.

What he said.

sj, feeling any better?

WS, a little. I've eaten a bit and don't feel quite so weak as a result. My stomach still has a way to go though.

Maria - I'm so excited for you to do this.

I'm still lurky here for reasons nothing to do with b.org, but you all should know that I read and think of everyone and send all the ~ma I can. And celebrate with you too.

I'm all antennae-pulled-in wrt personal things, but that doesn't mean I'm not here in spirit.

That's the pain / That cuts a straight line down through the heart / We call it love

I wasn't fully mentally committed to this plan of action until today. I am now, and it is the most liberating feeling in the world. I need the fresh start.

Maria, I support this SO HARD. You need this. And the people who say you're "running home to Mom & Dad"? Fuck 'em. I WISH I could move back to where my parents live. If you're close with your family and being around them is good for you, and you want to be near them... why the fuck wouldn't you move to be closer to them? It sounds like it's absolutely the right move for you.

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

Good for you, Maria.

Aww, Sox, I miss you! I hope whatever you need to happen gets worked out. But I'm glad you said hi!
