Jayne: We was just about to spring into action, Captain. Complicated escape and rescue op. Wash: I was going to watch. It was very exciting.

Spike's Bitches 47: Someone Dangerous Could Get In

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Love is stronger than death and harder than sorrow. Those who practice it are fierce like the light of stars traveling eons to pierce the night.

You say Starbuck, I think Dirk Benedict.

Is old.

But really, the BSG moment I remember most clearly is an A-Team one. You know, where Face sees a Cylon and does a double-take. I don't suppose they managed to work a modern BSG moment into the modern A-Team movie?

"And to be clear, I am the hell. And the high water."

Thinking about Starbuck as an "angel" puts me into a rage blackout.

So technically, Six and Balthar were "angels", right? Starbuck was something else.

(blacking out)

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

I'm not sure what family member they came from, but whoever it was, she had ENORMOUS hands, because the rings are way too big for my Hulk-sized ring finger.

My stepmom has a couple of my grandmother's rings. Sadly, she's going to have them sized down from Hulk-sized (grandma was a little woman but had huge fingers) and the one or two that I eventually inherit will have to be re-sized back up. I have a strange opal ring of hers and it totally fits. My fingers don't look big. But they totally are.

omg no don't name a dog after a revenge demon.

Because we have traditions here. We name pets after chaotic gods. Or maybe that's just cats.

We won’t stop until everyone is gay.

I could see naming a cat Anya, for sure.

Man, we're working out in BFE at an old plantation house for the next few weeks. Left at 6:15 am because we want to work four ten-hour days. Except the Belle Chasse bridge is closed, so the two lane tunnel has to handle all the traffic (bridge and tunnel adjoin). So what should take max 45 minutes in the morning is now about one and a half hours. I shudder to think what tonight will be like. I'm guessing two hours.
