Ah, the pitter patter of tiny feet in huge combat boots. Shut up!

Spike's Bitches 47: Someone Dangerous Could Get In

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Punishingly Intricate

I love yoga and have big boobs. I just adjust poses to work for my body which is what pretty much what everyone does in one way or another anyway.

Erin, you might enjoy yin yoga which focuses on slow stretches. This is a Yoga Journal article about it:

I love Yin Yoga but my favorite yoga is Yoga Nidra or, as I like to call it, "Advanced Napping."

Thrive to spite them

I need some cat advice.

Dean has been attacking Maddie a lot lately. It used to be he was only going after her when he was bored and it wasn't so much attacking as pestering. Chasing her until she'd hide and then he'd leave her alone.

He's now moved on to outright attacks. the other day he was biting her leg and hindquarters really hard and when she finally pulled free Dean had a mouthful of Maddie's fur.

Today I was woken up by growling and cries from Maddie (rarely makes any noise) and I found her cowering in a corner and Dean hitting her with his paw. I tossed him out of the room and closed the door to give her a break.

I've also noticed that Maddie has lost some weight and instead of eating she's going to the food bowl and scratching at it like she's trying to cover up the extra.

Today I decided to give her a small can of cat food as a treat (since Dean was being so nasty) and she scarfed down can like she was starving.

I don't know if the two are related and I haven't seen Dean attack her around the food dish but I'm worried about his behavior.

I'm thinking I might need to start separating them when I'm gone for several hours.

Any ideas about what might be causing this aggression from Dean.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Yoga classes go too fast, and frustrate me

All of them? There is quite a range of intensity and speed between types and schools. Maybe you just haven't found yours yet.

Always Anti-fascist!

He might need to play more, askye. Rocky is kind of aggressive, but he also has lots of energy which interactive toys do help with. Also, could some other animal be upsetting him...the book I read mentioned reflected aggression as a cause. The book is called "Twisted Whiskers" if you want to read it. ETA: Just when I think I should give up on my brother, he linked to the anthology on his Facebook. Some of his friends want to read it, too.(My dad says so too, but my dad? Promised me 100,000 things over my life and will probably think the Gift of Life(damaged in shipment though it was) and that $16.95 makes us square. I'm a lot less pleased about that.

So come, my friends, be not afraid/We are so lightly here/It is in love that we are made; In love we disappear

Like Plei, I found early on that yoga was very much not my friend.

I have a short torso, too, so anything where you're supposed to bring your blah to your head isn't happening. My boobs get in the way. There's only so much modding you can do when you can't even get 1/3 of the way into a pose because, no matter how flexible you are, you've got a few pounds of tit between you and your legs.

A dress should be tight enough to show you're a woman but loose enough to flee from zombies. — Ginger

Maybe you just haven't found yours yet.

That's possible, but I haven't looked very hard or had the money. I figure, right now, I've had enough grounding in the basics and enough awareness of my own body to get in a half hour a couple of times a week, and that will be more stretching than I've done in a LONG time!

And yeah, I feel ya, Plei. I mean, I don't FEEL yo..your boobs are...mine also...

WTF-ever. Yeah.

The lost sheep grow teeth, forsake their lambs, and lie with the lions.

I have a short torso, too, so anything where you're supposed to bring your blah to your head isn't happening.

I have the same issue. I've found a few yoga and Pilates moves that work for me in the context of my own workouts, but that's about it. I suppose if I looked hard enough, I could find a type of yoga or an instructor that worked for me, but now that I've found a kind of exercise I love doing, there's little motivation to look.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I've tossed out most of my lipsticks now. I went to Sephora with Polgara, and came back with the closest to pinup red that I'm gonna get, a nice dark browm, a lighter brown that's about the colour of my lips and then evens them out, a rich purple, and a dark gothy purple.

I'm surprised, though, that they not only couldn't find me a venal blood rich burgundy lip colour, but that she almost seemed confused about what I was describing. She kept bringing back purples, where it's supposed to be about reds.

So I'm looking for recommendations--it's pretty much what Clinque's Black Honey would be like if it had coverage, except more like a blood syrup. Help a sister out?

brillig

There are several machines at the gym that I can't work with because I'm simply too short. One of the trainers didn't believe it till I demonstrated that the bit I'm supposed to straddle comes up to my belly button and I'm not going to push around 50 pounds while standing on a box-thing.

Why did Darth Vader cross the road? To get to the Dark Side!

Oo, that's a great idea, ita, to go and buy the right kinds of lip colors. I have several random lipsticks, most of which I never wear.
