She probably would have suggested that too if I hadn't been looking at her like she was a madwoman the whole time. But I'm going to start exercising again and cut down on my stress eating, and hopefully I can go back in a month and show some weight loss progress. I think as long as I can prove I know what healthy eating is, my insurance company will be happy.
