I did go to the er at 1:30am. Fever above 103.

In contrast to the experience in '10, this time was so much less dramatic.

Right now, I am so riddled with Ativan that I can hardly type. It's very Alice.

Tonight was supposed to be first 'dinner with 6' date night. It was 8pm down near work. So, came in late, since no point to driving home just to drive back down here. Yeah. On drive into work, they called. 2 of the 3 ladies are sick and cancelling. Trying to reschedule in 2 weeks. ::grumble::

Luke Thunder Lastname, 8lbs. 13oz. successfully joined us on the planet this morning at 7:25. Everyone is tired and happy. My sister is particularly happy (as he her elder child Elizabeth Lightning Lastname though she doesn't know it) that no c-section was necessary and my sister won't spend 6 weeks telling her children she can't pick them up! :)

Now I am going to return some emails and get some sleeeeeep since I've been awake for almost a day and a half.
