Luke Thunder Lastname, 8lbs. 13oz. successfully joined us on the planet this morning at 7:25. Everyone is tired and happy. My sister is particularly happy (as he her elder child Elizabeth Lightning Lastname though she doesn't know it) that no c-section was necessary and my sister won't spend 6 weeks telling her children she can't pick them up! :)
Now I am going to return some emails and get some sleeeeeep since I've been awake for almost a day and a half.

You can take 10 mg, although it might zonk you out. If you have a pill splitter, you could start by splitting a 5 mg and taking 1 1/2 pills.
t edit What I mean is, if you're concerned about being zonked out, you could split a pill and take 1 1/2. But you can take 10 mg fine, assuming you aren't washing it down with a bottle of Wild Turkey. (No lie, my mom will call me because she's worried about taking Claritin and ibuprofen together, but will casually tell me she takes Ativan with a glass of wine. MY FAMILY, WE ARE SO HEALTHY.)

I spent the afternoon with my teeny niece today who is very easily bored, and has quite the loud scream that lets you know that she expects you to entertain her. Who needs to work out when you can bounce a 10 lb baby for 3 hours. She is a cutie though.
