Oh, Tep, the Fiberful bars at TJs are discontinued.
I was wondering that, when they disappeared a month or so ago. Boo!
'Safe'
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Potentially, yes. And, yet? I am thinking pictures. Because there is also evilness in me.
Shockingly, I am Cass.
omnis, how did the closet turn out? Are you pleased?
JZ, Strix, I hate that you are both so sick! Sending lots of ~ma for a quick recovery, and may the sprog dodge what y'all got.
Loved reading about the female running pioneer.
I had no plans but now am meeting some dog park people at midnight at the park. I should dig up a bottle of champagne to toast.
That sounds like fun! D and I are going to a Prohibition era theme party in the Quarter, maybe? Don't worry, I won't drink the bathtub gin.
I love the little shells filled with stuff. Last time I filled them with pear chunks and blue cheese and they were yum. I got them from the frozen section in the grocery store.
Tonight is going to be either something already in the freezer or take out because I am not dealing with the grocery store. I just got home from the office and plan nothing but relaxing for the rest of the year.
I've looked for them at various places but Whole Foods isn't on my current circuit most times. I will try there. Little flaky things that you can fill with food!
You can go '70s and do this old stand-by: unwrap a hunk of cream cheese, dump a jar of chutney over it and sprinkle with diced green onions and optional crushed peanuts. Serve with crackers. Way yummier than it should be.
Also amazing with hot pepper jelly.

Me too. I finally asked and got confirmation. My mad internet skills lead me to suspect they come from Annie's in New Zealand. And, worse, they don't seem to be available even halfway around the world. I can finds a package of mixed flavor ends but that is all. And I only ate apricot and mixed berry.

On the whole, not bad. Right now, the only hitch is the little door guides on the floor. Mom's handyman BF installed them about 1" from edge of door when doors are pushed to the side positions. Which makes the center door on the back rail having troubles in the trade off as it goes from the left guide to the right guide. I feel the guides should be on the edge of the doors, so the center door is always on a little of the guide, either on one side or the other. Other than that, just gotta paint. Really changes the room. In one sense, makes the room feel smaller, without that extra lil cavern of space visible. But the 6 panel doors make that wall feel longer. Now, to start moving some boxes in there to make it look like I unpacked more! But I'm really out of spoons. This week took a toll on me. Between all the work in the kitchen, and helping with the closet (not to mention all the walks around Home Depot), legs are tired. Plus, the introvert was really taxed with almost 2 weeks of near constant interactions.

I've seen them at even the non specialty grocery stores, ask around in the freezer section.
The one flaw in my plan to cook all the things tonight is that I forget how awful my kitchen floor is on my legs and back.

I managed 2 hours of work today, 45 minutes of which is probably quality and I am stopping. D is picking up the blu-ray Avengers, junk food for him and M, and tomato soup for me, and that will be actually a damn fine NYE, considering.
The lentil soup and the beef stew are happily simmering on the stove. I have to make a quick trip back out to the market when they're done.
We are in the ER because ND's illness is bad enough we want to rule out something serious. He's running a fever of 102.7 and is, to say the least, miserable.
Oh no, Pix. I thought we made it clear that you two were to stay out of the hospitals for another twenty years or so.
