ION - As I was driving in to work, I had the sudden rememberance, that one of the students hates mushrooms as much as me, but for the life of me, can't recall if that was the guy I drew for secret santa or not. Ugggg. Don't want to buy cool gift to grow food that he might not like. I hate when I over think things, and get vapor locked.
Find some frozen stuffed mushrooms. Make them, bring them a as treat to work. See if he take one.

My understanding (with all the usual I am not a doctor, or at least not that kind of doctor disclaimers) is that Concerta plus decongestants can raise the blood pressure, so people who already have blood pressure problems shouldn't take them together, but for people with normal blood pressure, it's OK.

You could call the pharmacy and ask what decongestant they'd recommend.

I definitely had breast issues. And I'm not excited about getting ready to have them again, as I'm losing them with my weight loss. I know it's better and healthier for me, but it's so weird for my body to be changing so completely. Which, oh, man, next time I weigh myself I should check my ass in the mirror! Bet that's going away too.
