Concerta plus decongestants can raise the blood pressure, so people who already have blood pressure problems shouldn't take them together, but for people with normal blood pressure, it's OK.

I definitely had breast issues. And I'm not excited about getting ready to have them again, as I'm losing them with my weight loss. I know it's better and healthier for me, but it's so weird for my body to be changing so completely. Which, oh, man, next time I weigh myself I should check my ass in the mirror! Bet that's going away too.

{{{GC}}} Good luck deciding what to do about ADs and sleep meds. I agree with what everyone else said, you definitely need to make sleeping a priority one way or another. I'm also thinking I need to go back on my ADs, which I'm torn about because I'm still trying to get pregnant, but I'm really starting to feel like it is necessary.
