I do not have pneumonia. The doctor isn't exactly sure what I do have, but considering how long it's been going on, it's probably bacterial, so she gave me antibiotics. (My lungs sounded clear and chest x-ray looked clear, but pulse ox indicated that something is going on in there.)

So, like everything else in life, there's not going to be an easy fix. It's just going to take practice. I have decided that the keys are looking at the past with "kindsight" (what can I learn from what I've done?) and moving towards consistency. Babysteps, etc.
I am pretty good with budgets, so if you need help, I am happy to provide it.
