Biyi's parents are back with us. This time permanently (Australia's immigration policy willing).
That is excellent news, billytea!
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

That's great!
Hil, I hope your year improves from here. Quickly.
Excellent news, billytea!!

It is! Incidentally, they were talking politics with Biyi (who has heard far more from me than she ever wanted to know about the US election) in the car. Apparently they're happy Obama won, as Romney's positions on China didn't go over too well in that part of the world.
billytea, that is wonderful!
I am up, and I have had tea. My appointment with the personal trainer is in one hour. There is not enough words to describe my level of don't wanna right now, but I am going.
Oh, by the way, I offer this observation on my in-laws' priorities without comment. While they were last here, Biyi gave them her old laptop (so they could access their email account and Chinese news services and such). They took it back to China with them. However, when they came back, they left it there. They couldn't fit it into their luggage - if they had, they wouldn't have had room for the wok.
Happy belated birthday Hil!
Wonderful news for your family, billytea. Excepting those burdened with the crazy in the family, I really think it does everyone good to have extended family around.

I hear ya, sj. I hope you like the trainer. In any event you will be pleased with yourself later for making yourself go.

So much this. I know I'm all working out likes carrots, but it has made such a huge difference in my life, both mentally and physically. Now I can't imagine not going to the gym on a regular basis. I hope it does the same for you.
billytea, I'm so glad that your in-laws are back to stay. When they don't drive you nuts, family (man-made and blood) can't be beat.
