That's my girl, large and in-charge. Okay, teensy-weensy and in charge.

Spike's Bitches 47: Someone Dangerous Could Get In

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

I am totally greying like Rogue. It's all in one big chunk. Well, two chunks, just above my temples. I love it. I hope it keeps greying like that.

I am SO ENVIOUS. I wish my grey/white hair would come in all in one area, instead of scattered all through my bangs and crown.

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

Maybe it's time to let the gray run free.

I have thought about it, but I'm too vain. (But not vain enough to keep it dyed. I contain multitudes.)

RIGHT?! My mom and sister are both salt and pepper, so I have no idea why mine is coming in this way, but I hope it keeps it up! I am going to be the most fabulous old person if it does.

I didn't even know it was doing it until this last haircut, when my stylist moved my part. It showed the grey, and she was worried I'd be upset but I was all, OMG AWESOME! I've had some grey since I was sixteen so its mere appearance wasn't worrisome, and once I realized how much there was I also realized where it was. Total aging win.

'istas in Sandy's way: sorry for not contacting earlier (lots have happened, will update) much and much and much and much and much of ~ma to you. Following the news makes me terrified, and you're all in our front pages and headlines and most importantly, my thoughts.

Also, thoughts to Frank and Typo.

Our wings are not tired.

The morning news is horrifying.

Aging win indeed, Liese. Started out blonde, now boring light brown with not enough gray to notice. I love doing it red, but it just goes blonde in no Imelda at all.

eta - seriously autocorrect? How is time Imelda?

I must obey the inscrutable exhortations of my soul—Calvin and Hobbs

I think your autocorrect is ate the wrong acid, Laura.

I have some white hairs sprinkled in among the brown. It's not enough to really be noticeable. I'm hoping it eventually all goes white like my maternal grandmother's did. She had lovely, thick, bright white hair.

Art Crawl!!!

I think that the darker your original color was the brighter your white/gray hair is.

this mess was yours / now your mess is mine

At 41, I'm still waiting for grey/white/silver. I think my brother (who is 5 years younger, mind you) got it all.
