Smonster, it's bad that I'm a bit jealous of forced weight loss, right? I just am so very NA at controlling my eating, even as I know I am stronger and in better shape cardiovascular-wise from working out, I still weigh the same and it's demotivating.

Thanks Liese. I'm seeing my therapist tomorrow. I've been talking to my Mom a lot today. I was on the phone with her at the vet waiting for Will and I've talked to her since then.
