Buffy: A Guide, but no water or food. So it leads me to the sacred place and then a week later it leads you to my bleached bones? Giles: Buffy, really. It takes more than a week to bleach bones.

Spike's Bitches 47: Someone Dangerous Could Get In

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

What Sparky said, and you may want to consider adding that she does not have permission to enter your apartment without proper notice. My first landlord would enter all the time for no good reason, until I made it clear to him that I was familiar with the law.

We won’t stop until everyone is gay.

Caution: whining ahead.

I am not better. I am, in fact, seeming to have a relapse. I am so damn sick of yogurt. And it is most... inconvenient, to be have these kinds of issues while working on a house where the homeowners are gone and therefore we have to go to the convenience store down the street to use the bathroom.

And really? I don't want to drop any more weight. It's not healthy this way, and I can't afford to buy new clothes.

In better news... D is still adorbs.

smonster, are you taking probiotics, and, if not, can you afford to go get some? They may help more than just the yogurt. I'm sorry you're still feeling so awful.

sj, I've been taking probiotics since I started the ABs. They appear to be completely useless, but maybe it's because I just bought whatever at the drugstore. The yogurt helps more than the probiotics, for sure.

I've been using Culturelle, which has been helping a lot with my stomach issues, fwiw.

Cool, thanks. I was just thinking maybe I should get some Pearls, it's good to have another rec.

I’m responsible for my own happiness? I can’t even be responsible for my own breakfast! (Bojack Horseman)

Ugh, smonster, I'm sorry. I wish there was some way I could make it better. I am also continuing with problematic health- I've been having a low- to mid- grade headache on and off for the last couple of days and today it's on full red alert. Like, I just want to cry all the time. I've never had a migraine, but this is pretty awful.

this mess was yours / now your mess is mine

If you get Pearls, since you're having active GI problems, I recommend the Pearls IC (I think the "IC" is "intensive care" or something similar) -- it has more strains of bacteria than the regular Pearls, and helps a lot when there's GI problems currently going on.

t /knows way too much about fucked-up GI tracts

{{{Nora}}} Much headache~ma to you.

I felt like I was just beginning to climb out of seasonal depression hell and getting shit done, when this cold hit. Now, I'm so exhausted I can barely move, and the house is slowly becoming a mess again. I hate this.

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

Yeah, Sparky gives good advice, especially with specifics, because otherwise no amount of clean is going to be clean enough for your landlord. It is not your fault. But you can agree to what reasonable things you think you can and want to do, and disagree to constant invasion of your privacy. That is totally appropriate.
