It was fantastic, and hands-down the best movie Tim Burton has done since Big Fish. It's funny, a great homage to classic monster movies, and really touching. Sure, I notoriously cry at cartoons, even when I completely recognize I'm being emotionally manipulated, but Frankenweenie earned it. To the point where if you've recently gone through a loss of a pet, you might want to wait on seeing it.
