I get really car sick and pills etc don't really help me. You may want to tell your FIL to get the motion sickness bands you put around your wrists. Those are like a godsend. Also, I heard ginger in the belly button (with a bandaid) works well.
Thanks for that. I've passed the info on to Biyi. (Ginger is insanely cheap in China, unsurprisingly; I think they'll like a ginger-based solution.)
Yesterday, Biyi had to work late and I was in the office, so we arranged for Ryan to go home from childcare with his best friend Lucas. They were reportedly quite excited by it all. What really tickles me is that apparently the other children were also excited for them. "You're going to Lucas' house!" I like Ryan's childcare.

I think I may have found the perfect exercise class for me. One of the (now local) belly dancers runs a weekly Goth belly dance class. Tribal belly dance, but with all-Gothy music. One of my friends is also friends with the teacher, and she said that I would have so much fun doing it.

Random FYI. Tomorrow will be a "Blue Moon" (when you have 2 full moons in a calendar month). It squeaked in there just in time. Note: The moon will most likely NOT be blue in color. If it is, you either have some interesting pollution in your area, or fun pollutants in your bloodstream.
