In a similar vein I've been fighting with Ford over the problems I've been having with the MyFord Touch system in my Focus and they are now going to send me a check equal to one of the monthly lease payments. They are also still working on the problems.
It's the worst case of, "Well, I won? But that was a horrible battle and just shouldn't have happened in the first place" for me. Except it sounds like yours are technical in nature, ND. Still I hope they solve the problem soon.
Mine was just stomach-turningly bad customer service after they made a small and honestly understandable-ish error. It was the awful way I was treated by customer service that kept me fighting though.
I wasn't able to make that decision until I could get some validation from my therapist, M. Because I also feel that I can't trust my instincts on certain things because whatever I pick is wrong.

Good things - I made rice with lime and cilantro inspired by dinner at erin's before I moved and then made a burrito bowl. Including salsa I first tried at her place. And some cheese. It would have been a very erin-approved dinner if I hadn't added a bit of carnitas. Still it was delicious and made me think of cool PDX evenings.

Got home to an amazing sunset. Can't watch from my porch because of repairs, so am on community deck, which has less obstructed view, but stairs. But view is gorgeous. To the east, cloud bank coming in, and moisture from it spurred a lil rainbow! To west, great light show on puffy clouds.
