I don't think that's necessarily the case, more that there is often more rigid adherence to gender norms when dressing boys. Then again my boy likes bright colors and lots of patterns so his clothes may veer more to the "gender neutral" side than the average boy.

Great! Yeah, I used one in my old apartment, where the kitchen floor was really hard ceramic tile. I don't need it as much in my new apartment, where there's just linoleum over wood.

Reporting in: the date went well. Not WELL well, but maybe I have a new friend. He's nice, and interesting, and smart. He is, I think, very shy and was very nervous. That's my take. I mean, I know how good and thoughtful JZ is in her faith as are most of her fellow parishoners, but the institution is completely rotten (in my estimation).
