Maybe! I shall pray to St. Lawrence from now on. Apparently I can handle some drinks with fruit, just not fruity drinks. It was pretty much bourbon and muddled blueberries, with a splash of their house sour mix.
I love the Canal Place theater! beer delivered to your seat, reserving seats ahead of time, Brocato's cookies to nibble on.
Also, I think the Killer PoBoys may have been open later tonight than usual, they've been tweeting a bunch, and it makes me think they're open. Gotta try them VERY soon. Maybe I can get down there this week.
So, its funny how your body gets into patterns. I've been puttering around all day and didn't bother to put in my contacts. I decided to grab a shower before bed. I just realized that I got out of the shower and automatically put my contacts in, even though I was planning to go to bed. I am amused at myself.
Vortex, I have the same thing with (TMI) my morning dump and brushing my teeth. There have been a couple times where I've brushed my teeth a second time without realizing until I was done.

We will be on a plane on Tuesday morning and the lease on the new place starts Aug 1. I am hoping to sleep in Wednesday and say "fuck it!"

Thanks for the heads up, Nora. It doesn't feel all that bad yet, but the heat index is predicted to be almost 20 degrees above the actual high temp today. I'll make extra sure to stay hydrated.
Ugh, today is just not going terrifically. Makes me cranky. I feel so slow and stupid. I know beating myself up doesn't help, but boy am I frustrated. I don't feel like I have a benchmark to compare myself against, and so I don't even know where I'm being too hard on myself and where I'm going too easy. Boss is coming by to help me with something.
