Between the chiro and using the foam roller on my quads/hips/IT band every night before bed, and (I think) going back to the gym, my hips feel a great deal better. In fact, I need to tell the chiropractor that I'm good with just coming in when there's an acute problem now.

Guys, I am going to have to break into my piggy bank (well, owl bank, for realz; I have 2) and buy a truly medically necessary massage. Sleeping weird with the cast and then brace on my arm for 2 months, and then the weird typing position...my nexk, shoulders and upper back are fucked, no matter how much I try to do gentle stretches.
