I was in college, so I think it was more of a "Stay away from girls and focus on your studies" thing.

Spike's Bitches 47: Someone Dangerous Could Get In
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.
so I need some advice:
I went to my credit union bank account system (which I probably check 1-2x a month) this evening. I have very little $$ in there. I keep it open because I use the services at the credit union sporadically.
You can tell what follows is not good.
Anyway, I noticed 6 charges on my account last Monday that I had nothing to do with. They were deposits for $30, 300, and 349. Then, the same day, 30, 300, and 349 were withdrawn. So my account balance is no better or worse, but I don't like shenanigans when it comes to my $$.
I have sent an email inquiry about this matter to the bank. But I'm wondering if I should be thinking about the situation more seriously and consider closing my accounts, etc. What do you think?
P.-C., jeepers, I had to re-read that just to figure out what he was actually saying, it made so little sense to me.
bonny, dear, you "inspire" this kind of disrespectful using behavior in others because you volunteer for it. At the risk of over-reaching... stop saying yes. Other people's time and other people's needs are not worth more than yours.

I think you should go to the credit union ASAP and ask a human WTF is going on, and not leave until you get an answer and it's fixed.
God. I don't have time for this shit. You are right.
I don't have time for this shit.
I hear you! It's always something. But who knows how long it will take for them to even read that email? Me, I wouldn't be able to relax until I knew what was going on.
That's definitely weird, le n. I think Zen is right, you should look into it.
Smonster, started to sand a section by hand. 100 grit. Not fine, not course. Medium. The wall has texture. If I sand, it looks like I'm trimming the hills of the texture, but the gloss remains in the valleys. Do I need to sand if there is texture for the paint to grab onto? Cuz I'd love to keep the subtle texture.
That is... above my pay grade. I'm still a novice when it comes to painting. I'll ask tomorrow at work if I remember.
Some wisdom from my uncle: all women, regardless of nationality, will try to blackmail you if you get help from your in-laws. Ergo, if my parents disown my brother, I should pay his rent rather than let him take his in-laws' offer to live with them.
As opposed to the emotional blackmail in which your parents are engaging? @@
Jilli and le n for the winning responses to P-C's dad. Also, suggest parroting it back during next conversation.
I do think that I need to figure out what _I_ am doing to inspire this behavior. That's two very similar situations in the last 6 months or so. I don't mean that in a 'It's my fault,' sort of way, but in a 'hm. If this is a trend, there is a catalyst. What might that be?' sort of way.
I know what you mean. You may remember I went through a phase where I wondered why I kept falling for alcoholics/problem drinkers and how I could avoid them. My shrink's response was that I wasn't going to be able to break the pattern until I learned from it what I needed to.
One hour past my bedtime. Dog not walked. Kittens not socialized. Dishes not done, lunch for tomorrow not prepped. Did I mention I'm not getting paid for the past two hours? Surgeon owes me $30.
le n, yes, go to credit union stat. Maybe freeze credit online until you figure it out? Check other accounts for weirdness.
Pronouns totally gone. Must crash.
That’s a HUGE red flag, le nub. Someone is probing your account to see if it’s valid.
oh great. now I have alien probes.
