Best email I've had in a long time. It started with the following:
"CONGRATULATIONS! Your loan has been approved and is now in closing. Within the next 24 hours someone from xxxxx Escrow will be contacting you to schedule an appointment for your closing/signing. The appointment will be set for a convenient time for you but no sooner than 2 business days from today and it must be discussed & cleared with our closing department first."
Now, we just have to get approval from selling bank, who gave a deadline of tomorrow for closing. Hopefully, that will be the last hoop to jump through!
Writers cramp, here I come! I wonder if they will notice, if I slip in a "Sherman T. Potter" on to one of the documents (bonus points for anyone who recognizes the reference).
Odds are, I will not have keys for f2f. Odds are slim that I will have keys for 4th of July for fun fireworks viewing. But odds are high I will be moving in the next month or so!! EEEeeeeep!!!!

Funny this... I'm not getting much work done today. My mind is not focusing on work at ALL. Thankfully, it's summer, and university life is slow. And tomorrow starts vacation for me.
Just got a call from Escrow. Tentative appointment for tomorrow at 10am! They are expecting the papers from my bank first thing in the morning. They need a couple hours to prepare the documents to sign. So. 10am!
