Tim, OTOH, wishes Best Friend hadn't told him. His reasoning (rather like sticking his fingers in his ears and going "lalalalala!") is that he *probably* would never have run in to her, and therefore if he was never going to run in to her, then he didn't need to know she was there.
I still think that it's much more likely that we're going to run in to her, because that's just how this neighborhood is. But I understand his desire to stick his head in the sand.

Anna used to drag socks around, meowing while she had them in her mouth. It was more like merfing sound the way it worked out. But she would find the socks and move them to where I had been.
Noodle used to do this. The great sock hunter seems to have grown out of her sock obsession though. I kinda miss it.

Sitting in a comfy chair with my feet up, Harvey in my lap, my iPad balanced on him reminds me of the old days when I connected to life with a webtv unit, keyboard balanced on my lap. I have kind of missed this.

I feel you. All the beach bugs (no-see-'ums, mosquitoes, etc.) bit the shit out of me on vacation, and what was weird was that all I got was small hard red welts that didn't itch. They took easily 2 1/2 weeks to totally go away. An overreacting immune system is a pain in the ass.
