Ulta is like Sephora with more drugstore makeup. They have half the store which is more sephora-esque makeup (minus a few brands) and then half the store is Revlon/Maybelline/etc (and things like brushes and hairdye and so on). I like it, but I'm a bigger fan of Sephora.

Spike's Bitches 47: Someone Dangerous Could Get In
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.
I honestly buy more at Ulta. Sephora is more fantasy shopping. Both are useful though.
Happy birthday, Teppy!
Happy Birthday, Teppy! I wish you gluten-free cake--with sparklers!
I have pretty brows! And Tim bought me an Avengers helium balloon, with all the characters on it. LOVE. (My actual gift -- LED poi -- are in transit from wherever he ordered them from, and should be here before the 4th of July.)
And we're about to head out for sushi and then to meet folks at the bar. And tomorrow I get to see Maria! Also the family flea, which is awesome.
So LED poi is neither koi nor food.
Thank you, google.
Happy birthday, Steph!
I can't stand getting my eyebrows waxed, my skin is too sensitive and stays red for days. I need to get my brows tweezed, which is much more time consuming.
Heads up for everyone who doesn't subscribe to the Aromaleigh newsletter
Why aren't I subscribed to this yet? I R a dork! Not that I need any foundation yet. I discovered that I am only a 1CL in the winter, but once I get even a little sun I need a bit of 2CL mixed in with my 1CL. Which is only a wee bit of effort I guess and better to have the right color, but oy!
Have you tried threading, Burrell? I can't have above my brows and between them waxed, or I break out. But I do let them wax underneath, but I'm pretty sure it's more inconvenient for them that way.
Are tweezing and waxing the same area normally priced the same?
But, anyway, threading is more like tweezing, but faster.
Those of you who were at the Seattle F2F may remember how excited I was to find lavender soda at a restaurant there. I hadn't been able to find it around here since, until I went to Wegman's the other day and found them. I'm drinking one now, AIFG. Little things can make me ridiculously happy.
