40% copay doesn't seem like much of a bargain! Is there an out of pocket cap?
Why does my eyeliner migrate to under my eyes and THEN decide to be stubbornly set in place?
I don't understand why Grover is a Chaos Muppet.

Bummer that you worked all day, Laura, and now I want Mexican food for dinner. Hmmm.
Sigh. It's not like the battery count is even remotely approaching calculus or statistics or anything. It's remedial maths! Number of batteries per unit X Number of units X Number of performances = BATTERY COUNT!!!!
It's not the math that they have problems with. It's the notion of when to do it.
If this is the same set of grad students over and over, I suggest being an asshole. If it was just to spite them, I'd not think twice. But, it being the undergrad musical, and the leads usually get the small pack (which would use the AAA batteries), it would be hurting the entire production. Some performers wouldn't have a working microphone. So, not quite as easy as just being as ass to the grad students.
Follow up. I told him I needed a hard count of what was on hand, and what is needed, and when they would need them by. If there was enough to get through today, then it would be coming down early tomorrow to pass off more batteries, thus allowing me a day off. He texted 30 min later. "OK we are good. the[crew] put the other batteries in a different place & forgot they were there". Thus proving this grad student is NOT a leader. He is confronted with an issue, and instead of thinking it through, he reacts with out thinking. In this instance, the thought was "need more batteries" rather than, "how many do we have, and how many do we need".

Come on over! We even have Coronas, and key limes.
Woo hoo!
Meara No it is not a bargain. It sucks, Barely better than being uninsured. 7,000 out of pocket. still sucks. Giners may be worse - the slightly better copay is made up for by the even higher deductible. In Wa state, over 1,800 deductible is legally considered catastrophic not compreshensive.
I could have gotten a lower deductible, but it would have been $200 more a month. I bet and lost.
Yeah not really a lot of good choices with insurance. Unles you are 22 and healthy. And even then most people 22 and health have so little income that the cheap insurance still may not be affordable.
But a single payer system is just the wrong idea. Because it would make a bigger governement, and.. and... oh crap, I can't even pretend to argue against it.
God, Typo Boy and Ginger, so messed up. I have so much rage against the current system, I don't even know.
