Having a younger sister was one of the most interesting things I've done. I read all my mother's child psychology books, to see what I could implement with her.
She's my greatest creation, and she knows it.
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

That sounds like hell.
The root canal was honestly not bad. Being all numb for so long is the worst part, really. But the headache is a fucker.
I think I am going to go lie down for a little bit.
Ugh Steph, that headache needs to go away! I'm sorry.
I should be cleaning the den. It's rough, and we need to be able to live in it.
I think lying down is an excellent course of action. Are you all drugged up, too? Because that may be an excellent course of action, too.
She's my greatest creation, and she knows it.
Heh. Dad is still very proud of having taught me to be a solipsist when I was about 9. The only flaw in his plan was that I decided that since I was the only real thing in the universe, I didn't have to do any math homework.
Teppy, go lie down. And make sure you've taken your pain pills.
Yes Teppy, please lie down. I think you earned it. Twice over!
IOmeN, my bank needs some documents from the condo HOA to approve the loan. I send an email to the management company, and they send me a link to CondoCerts.com, which then wants to charge me $15-75 per document, AND a $10 delivery charge! Arggg. For all the docs they have, it's almost $300. One of which is the welcome packages for $35.
Something tells me, this is but the first unexpected expense that I think is a total rip off. :: sigh ::
I'm debating, should I order all of them? The notion being, what if insurance company or whatever wants one of the other documents, then I gotta wait for those to arrive AND pay another $10 delivery charge. Thoughts?
Yow, Tep. Sounds awful. And I thought my Russian hygenist was a lot to dread(Well, I've been on a four cleanings-a-year sort of gum rehab, so she is, but still.)
omnis,
that sounds like a ripoff. there has to be another way. fedex'ing would be cheaper.
{{{Teppy}}} That sounds like an awful combination. Feel better.
omnis, that's insane, but probably not the last crazy fee you'll be grumbling about in this process.
Sean, I've never been able to drink very much, but on those rare occasions when I have had more than two drinks in a day or if I drink for too many consecutive days, it takes a toll on both my energy levels and my state of mind.
omnis, FFS, that sounds like a rip-off. I have no experience with HOAs, but I'm sure if my sister's HOA had ever attempted to charge her to access required documents, I would have heard about it!
