He is feeling better. His appointment with the orthopedist isn't until June 4th, so we kinda won't know anything more until then. He's teaching from 10 - 6 today, and wouldn't let me drive him in. Which I was worried about, but I guess I'm overprotective.
It's a lot for his first day out, but he was restless at home, so it's probably a good thing. I'm tired, so I may just nap today.
It's weird because we finished up the school year with such a whimper, I really don't feel like we transitioned at all. And I have simultaneously too much to do and not enough, so I am reacting like I always do, by retreating. But yeah, nap. And read. (not helping, I know) Both sound pretty damn good.

Whoops. Fucked up that link, will fix later because now I'm in bed on my iPhone. Just finished up a 40-min conversation with a friend about the whole StW thing, and now I'm feeling down. But! A local friend wants to go do happy hour, so that would be a nice reward for being productive.
I'm going to set a timer to nap/wallow, see it that works.
